Reporting directly to the Location Manager, this part time position is responsible for operating all spray equipment, mixing and loading pesticides and fertilizers, and performing all job responsibilities safely and efficiently. What you will do: - Safely operates all custom application of pesticides/fertilizers - Requires mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers - Assist in the unloading of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently - Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed - Clean and maintain equipment - Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations - Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution - Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently - Other duties as assigned What you will bring: - High School diploma - Custom application experience preferred - Pesticide License or the ability to obtain - Class B CDL and applicable endorsements or the ability to obtain - Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs - Must pass pre-employment drug screen - Must meet company requirements - Able to work additional hours to meet business demands  Are you a good match? What you will do: - Operates all spray equipment  - Operates computers on equipment  - Sprays and calibrates crop protection products  - Requires mixing, loading, andapplication of crop production products/plant nutritionals  - Performs daily vehicle inspections  - Handles and delivers bulk and packaged materials, seed and other agriculture inputs  - Cleans and maintains equipment  - Assists mechanic  - Maintains application/spray records  - Other duties as assigned   What you will bring: - High School diploma/GED required  - Agricultural background preferred but not necessary  - Valid driver’s license & applicable endorsements   - Current CDL, or ability to obtain; we will train the right candidate  - DOT-minimum age requirement is 21 years   - Good attendance required    Are you a good match? What you will do: - Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Chock rear wheels of truck or trailer prior to unloading.  To remove chocks prior to driving away from shipping dock. - Obtain shipping bills of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paper work to shipping office.  To maintain any related records required. - Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds. - Remove empty skids from trailer truck and carry to designated piling area. - Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, fuel, and air in tires.  - Report any maintenance malfunctions to shipping and/or warehouse supervisor. - Use Forklift to move product around warehouse. - Sweep warehouse during down time. - Work on field equipment for liquid fertilizer, tank plumbing, small engine repair. - Assist with inventory counts. - This summary of job responsibilities and duties is meant to be a general description of this position and is not all-inclusive. What you will bring: - Applicant must have a valid Class A CDL. Hazmat endorsement is preferred. - Must use tact and diplomacy in dealing with customer personnel at delivery points. - Must be dependable, reliable, and competent to handle equipment safely. - May at times, sit in trailer cab for periods of time. - Applicant should be willing to work additional hours on weekdays and weekends as needed to meet business demands during busy seasons. - Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety sensitive employee subject to random and other required substance abuse screening as per company policy. - Applicant must be willing to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed to meet business demands during busy periods of the year.  Are you a good match?
