Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.   What you will do: - Draws farm supplies from warehousing stock to fill customer orders - Makes deliveries or assists with the co-ordination of shipment with the transportation organization - Assists in the identification of blending opportunities - Completes farm supply shipping documentation - Checks for damaged articles, quality and quantity and records quantities received and reports to manager/supervisor with regard to damaged items and shortages - Operates and services equipment used in the movement of farm supplies - Operates by industry regulations in the handling and storage of farm supplies - Completes related documentation - Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of a positive image program at the branch - Keeps the manager informed of levels of existing stock - Complies with all Nutrien and Industry regulatory and safety standards at all times - Keeps facilities and grounds clean and tidy, well maintained, and free of fire hazards - Carries out a regular preventative maintenance program and conducts minor repairs - Maintains stock control records - Performs other related duties as required   What you will bring: - Demonstrated high level of customer service.  - Ability to achieve warehousing license, WHMIS, TDG - Demonstrated knowledge of modern farm practices and industry regulations - Demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships - Demonstrated ability to meet and deal with the public effectively - Effective communication and time management skills - Proven ability to work independently - Mechanical operation and maintenance - Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time under all weather conditions - Demonstrated physical ability to perform the functions of the job including good eyesight and color perception - One year operational experience preferred with demonstrated equipment operations and maintenance skills - Grade 12 or equivalent.   - Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license - preference will be given to candidates that hold a 3A or 1A   Are you a good match? Territory Seed Sales Representative is a new role with a primary focus on growing seed sales for Nutrien in a defined sales territory. This role will also collaborate with Division Leadership to build a strong territory business plan and work with farmers every day to provide solutions and maximize ROI. This role will require selling corn, soybean, wheat, and alfalfa seed directly to farmers. This position reports to the Division Seed Manager and is preferred the successful candidate to live within defined geography.    What you will do: - Manage seed sales Territory and deliver on growth goals across defined geography within Central Indiana Division - Collaborate with Division Leadership to develop and execute business plan to achieve profitable market share seed growth which includes a grower by grower sales plans across Territory. - Have frequent communication with Nutrien retail stores within territory to ensure alignment, collaboration and maximized seed sales. - Work with farmers daily as a trusted advisor with digital agronomy and Seed Advisor tools while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism. - Build brand awareness and deep product confidence around Dyna-Gro portfolio across Territory, while utilizing Supplier brands to place the best, un bias portfolio on each farmers fields. - Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets across territory. - Partner with brand management team to ensure alignment on product positioning and plot strategy across sales Territory. - Attend and participate in Division meeting and other company functions as determined by Division Leadership. - Always maintain appearance of company vehicle and equipment. - Dress appropriate and always maintain a professional appearance. - Be seen as a leader in the community and project a positive image of Nutrien Ag Solutions What you will bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business or closely related field is preferred. 2-year degree will be considered with adequate experience. - Passion for selling seed and working directly with farmers daily - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing management in seed role if preferred. - Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success. - Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organizational levels. - Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization to achieve a common goal. - Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices. - Highly self-motivated. - Excellent verbal/written communication skills and time management skills. - The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability. - Digitally proficient to support Seed Advisor, Digital Agronomy and other Digital Experience tools. - Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.  Are you a good match? Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.   What you will do: - Draws farm supplies from warehousing stock to fill customer orders - Makes deliveries or assists with the co-ordination of shipment with the transportation organization - Assists in the identification of blending opportunities - Completes farm supply shipping documentation - Checks for damaged articles, quality and quantity and records quantities received and reports to manager/supervisor with regard to damaged items and shortages - Operates and services equipment used in the movement of farm supplies - Operates by industry regulations in the handling and storage of farm supplies - Completes related documentation - Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of a positive image program at the branch - Keeps the manager informed of levels of existing stock - Complies with all Nutrien and Industry regulatory and safety standards at all times - Keeps facilities and grounds clean and tidy, well maintained, and free of fire hazards - Carries out a regular preventative maintenance program and conducts minor repairs - Maintains stock control records - Performs other related duties as required   What you will bring: - Demonstrated high level of customer service.  - Ability to achieve warehousing license, WHMIS, TDG - Demonstrated knowledge of modern farm practices and industry regulations - Demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships - Demonstrated ability to meet and deal with the public effectively - Effective communication and time management skills - Proven ability to work independently - Mechanical operation and maintenance - Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time under all weather conditions - Demonstrated physical ability to perform the functions of the job including good eyesight and color perception - One year operational experience preferred with demonstrated equipment operations and maintenance skills - Grade 12 or equivalent.   - Class 3 desirable   Are you a good match? We provide packaging, warehousing and logistics for major manufacturers of agricultural chemicals throughout Canada and the USA.     What you will do: - Coordinate, monitor and invoice Customer Billing. - Ensure invoicing is up to date within two days. - Complete all temperature, internal use, and ag site transfer adjustments in ESYS. - Enter all paperwork into Fuel Truck Handling Spreadsheet and complete daily/weekly reconciliations as well as fill in all required info in internal use tickets. - Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors. - Mail out invoices and email any special requests to Customers (delivery tickets, invoice copies etc. Whatever is site specific to the location’s requirements) and complete all payments via Credit Card transactions & cheque Scanner and applications as required in ARS. - Package together photocopy of MDS, DS, BOL and PO print out and file in office. - Maintain accurate files for all Customer Billing, POD’s and any other paperwork generated through Logistics. - Follow up on Accounts Receivable Invoicing with Customer’s as necessary. - Communicate with Customer’s via fax, phone and email to meet service levels. - Verify all POD’s and match Trip & Contract Itinerary’s on a daily basis. - Work with Logistics Manager on freight rates, policies, etc. - Work with and communicate with the Logistics Coordinators with any duties required by them. - Audit, approve and process all Carrier/Vendor invoices for payment - Reconcile month end A/P statements – work with Carriers/Vendors on discrepancies as required. - Assist the Logistics Coordinator’s with completing loading maps, building of Contracts & Itineraries within Trans Plus along with faxing Carriers, etc. when required to do so. - Match and Audit all POD’s for any Freight Characteristic discrepancies with BOL’s confirmed in AS400 and notify Inventory Manager & CSR as necessary. - Critical thinking-Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Communicating with Supervisors, Peers-Providing information to supervisors, and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person; - Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time. - Cooperation-Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. - Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge-Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job. Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily. - Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers and shipment notices. - Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, assist with National Safety Code file submission and maintenance   - Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, assist with the corporate Environment Health and Safety Program.  May include tracking staff training, submitting required paperwork to Asmark and completing Monthly Meeting Minutes and/or Site Inspections. - Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, assist with new hire and re-hire paperwork as required by the Human Resources Department.  Maintain confidential employee files for each employee. - Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, co-ordinate and track accounts payable  - Complete administrative correspondence as required; including but not limited to letters, memo’s and emails. - Under direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, plan and set up branch displays as required. - Compile and provide information on items such as stocks in store, product sales, prices, shipments and accounts outstanding as requested by the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager. - Assist with inventory control by tracking inventory coming in and going out of the location. Prepare stock transfers and product orders as required. - Assist with inventory spot checks and monthly/yearly inventory cut-offs. - Maintain and order office supplies. - Open and distribute incoming mail and packages, and direct outgoing mail on a daily basis. - Assist location in the receipt of shipments of supplies and/or inventory. Check shipments for damaged articles, quality and quantity of merchandise received, and places goods in designated storage areas as required. - Complies with Nutrien and Industry regulatory and EH&S standards at all times - Restocks shelves from stock room supplies and, upon approval of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, orders stock which has reached a low level. - Under the direction of the manager, reorder or request stock/inventory which has reached a low level. - Performs necessary housekeeping duties. - Performs the responsibilities of other market area positions during staff absences in order to optimize the efficiency of market area operations.
