What you will do: - Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase sales of agricultural inputs in order to meet and exceed sales objectives. Manage sales in order to meet profit margin objectives  - Assure customer satisfaction of products including, but not limited to on time and accurate delivery and quality of product  - Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of proprietary products  - Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions to resolve issues. What you'll do: - Safely operates all custom application of pesticides/fertilizers - Requires mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers - Assist in the unloading of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently - Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed - Clean and maintain equipment - Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations - Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution - Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently - Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: - High School diploma - Custom application experience preferred - Valid driver’s license & applicable endorsements - Pesticide License or the ability to obtain - CDL and applicable endorsements - Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs - Must pass pre-employment drug screen - Must meet Company requirements - Able to work additional hours to meet business demands Are you a good match?
