This position is seasonal and will be required to work 40+ hrs/week from approximately April 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020.  What you will do: - Maintain facility, vehicles and equipment to company standards - Perform general equipment maintenance and mechanical work - Load and unload trucks - Operate loaders, fork-lifts, tractors and location equipment in a safe manner - Blend dry and liquid fertilizer and Crop Protection products with automated blend systems - Load and deliver product to customers and/or custom application equipment - Maintain delivery equipment to DOT standards and perform pre-post trip inspections - Ensure all paperwork is completed for loading, delivering and unloading product at the location and to customers per Nutrien Ag Solutions requirements - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Follow all Nutrien Ag Solutions Safety Rules - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Maintain positive communication with Manager, branch employees and customer at all times - Present professional image to our customer through personal appearance and overall branch cleanliness - Other Duties as assigned What you will bring: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Agricultural, heavy equipment repair or operator experience preferred - Willing to work extended hours during peak season Are you a good match? This is a seasonal position that will start in March 2020 and will end in late summer. Start and end dates depend on weather conditions and local crop progress. What you will do: - Accurately pick orders in a safe, timely and effective manner as per bill of lading. - All orders should be staged and checked for accuracy and efficiency. - Load trailers as per order of delivery. - Receive product for the warehouse. - Load fertilizer on trucks for delivery. - Receive bulk liquid and transfer to appropriate holding tank for production. - Inspect all received product for damages and transfer to assigned proper location within warehouse. - Ensure paperwork is properly completed and distributed. - Prepare empties for bulk pours including labeling. - Wash empties for bulk filling productions. - Follow outlined procedures and safety protocols at all times. - Clean and maintain warehouse. - Identify any deficiency immediately to operations manager. - Monitor warehouse equipment by following company procedures and policies. - Ensure that physical product matches product on bills of lading when shipping and receiving. - Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: - Requires a GED or high school diploma. Agricultural experience is preferred, but not required. - Valid driver’s license is required. A CDL license is preferred, but not required. - Able to lift up to 65 lbs. - Ability to use warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand jack). - Able to work extra hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands during busy times of the year. - Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.   Are you a good match? What you will do: - Transport loads of seed, chemicals and fertilizer to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Chock rear wheels of truck or trailer prior to unloading.  To remove chocks prior to driving away from shipping dock. - Obtain shipping bills of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paper work to shipping office.  To maintain any related records required. - Must be able to lift and move up to 65 pounds. - Remove empty skids from trailer truck and carry to designated piling area. - Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking on a daily basis: oil, water, fuel and air in tires.  - Report any maintenance malfunctions to shipping and/or warehouse supervisor. - Use forklift to move product around warehouse and load trucks. - Sweep warehouse during down time. - Assist with inventory counts if needed. - Assist with other operations as needed. - This summary of job responsibilities and duties is meant to be a general description of this position and is not all-inclusive. What you will bring: - Applicant must have a valid Class A CDL. Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred, but not required. What you will do: - Transport loads of seed, chemicals and fertilizer to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Chock rear wheels of truck or trailer prior to unloading.  To remove chocks prior to driving away from shipping dock. - Obtain shipping bills of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paperwork to shipping office.  To maintain any related records required. - Must be able to lift and move up to 65 pounds. - Remove empty skids from trailer truck and carry to designated piling area. - Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking on a daily basis: oil, water, fuel and air in tires.  - Report any maintenance malfunctions to shipping and/or warehouse supervisor. - Use forklift to move product around warehouse and load trucks. - Sweep warehouse during down time. - Assist with inventory counts if needed. - Assist with other operations as needed. - This summary of job responsibilities and duties is meant to be a general description of this position and is not all-inclusive. What you will bring: - Applicant must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL. What you will bring: - Requires a GED or high school diploma. Agricultural experience is preferred, but not required. - Applicant must be comfortable using a computer. - Able to lift up to 70 lbs. - Ability to use warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand jack). - Able to work extra hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands during busy times of the year. - Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
