This position will report directly to the facility manager at the Cochran, GA, Nutrien location.   What you will do: - Responsible for applying the correct amount of product to each acre and in a manner consistent with the product label. - Responsible for keeping field equipment clean and in safe operating condition. - Requires mixing, loading, and applicating pesticides/fertilizers. - Perform daily vehicle inspections. - Commercial Applicator License preferred but not required. - Establish daily acres application expectations while consistently managing machine capabilities, operator experience, field sizes, and terrain. - Ability to crosscheck products, rates, and timing effectiveness vs. targeted/non targeted pest/crops. - Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution. - Complete application records as required by the company and government regulations. - Other duties as assigned. Job Summary: This position oversees the process safety and risk management programs at multiple Nutrien Ag Solutions manufacturing sites, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68. The position also provides technical process safety and risk mitigation assistance, direction, training and engineering services to the sites. The ideal candidate will balance a results-oriented, continual improvement mindset with a team-oriented, collaborative approach and will have a proven track record of supporting and/or building PSM and RMP programs and developing documentation for those programs. Respect for individual diversity and an eagerness to collaborate, assist, and approach challenges with a determined attitude to succeed together are essential. This role will report to the Director, Process Safety and requires approximately 50% travel. What you will do: - Oversee PSM and RMP programs for multiple Nutrien Ag Solutions facilities and provide process engineering expertise to ensure personnel safety, environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance at those facilities. - Track site KPIs to drive continual improvement of process safety and risk mitigation. Continually monitor the status of PSM/RMP program elements to ensure improvement, including identifying areas where additional support and/or training is needed. - Engage with site personnel in a manner that demonstrates appreciation and respect for others. Ensure by example that collaboration, positive communication and willingness to help form the foundation of a service-oriented approach with sites and personnel. - Compile process safety information (PSI) as needed to support process safety, management of change, personnel training, risk assessments, emergency response activities, and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate process hazard analyses (PHAs) and safety integrity level determination (SILD) studies. - Review and approve project designs as part of the management of change process (including participating in project design review meetings, as needed). - Provide guidance and oversight of pre-startup safety reviews. - Participate in and/or lead incident investigations related to PSM/RMP-covered processes. Ensure that root causes are properly identified and appropriately addressed.     Oversee the development of necessary corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) and track them to completion. - Review site emergency response plans and provide recommendations for improvement, as needed. - Assist sites with contractor safety management program evaluations and contractor auditing. - Participate in PSM/RMP compliance audits, oversee the development of post-audit corrective/preventive actions, and track them to completion. - Provide PSM/RMP training to site personnel and mentor new engineers and employees in the fundamentals of process safety and risk mitigation. - Encourage all employees to participate in the process safety/risk management program by providing opportunities, invitations to engage, and continuous informal training. - Assist with development, implementation, and continual improvement of Nutrien Ag Solutions PSM/RMP standards and best practices in accordance with appropriate codes, standards, and industry guidelines. - Assist with the development and analysis of RMP worst-case/alternative-case scenarios. - Provide technical support to engineers, operations, and maintenance staff to ensure PSM/RMP process equipment is designed, maintained, changed, operated, and decommissioned in a responsible manner that complies with industry recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEPs). - Assist with the development and review of inspection, testing and preventive maintenance (ITPM) plans for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls equipment. - Work closely with all disciplines to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure plant processes are aligned to provide maximum output levels and efficiencies. - Complete special projects as needed and any other tasks assigned to support personnel safety, business continuity and growth. Reporting to the Division Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the Division Management teams objectives of Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services.   What you will do: - Prepares, edits and formats various confidential documents including briefing materials, strategic planning reports, budgets, agreements, presentations and material related to collective bargaining. - Manages, develops and implements administrative processes related to customer account management, accounts payable and general administrative duties, including but not limited to AFE and property files - Assist the Management Team with Divisional budget administration and preparation. - Assist the Management Team with the Divisional administration of company policies and procedures, including Human Resource policies. - Coordinate process administration of all new hire/re-hire paperwork and partner with Human Resources in all human resource management for the Region. - Assist Management with the preparation of divisional business strategies, including those related to collective bargaining. - Responsible for training of Customer Service Reps within the assigned Division. - Supervise office activities to achieve optimum utilization of equipment and employees. - Assist with processes and customer sales questions. - May oversee inventory controls. - Ensures timely and accurate dispatching and scheduling of truck shipments. Books all shipments to move within contract periods as defined by the sales contract terms. - Participates in forward booking of truck freight as required as required in order to secure cost effective transportation of commodities. - Monitors freight risk based on mutually agreed upon cost with Regional Marketing Manage and General Manager. - Analyzes fright variance reports in order to maximize truck freight arbitrage and costs. - Works with Regional Marketing Manager and General Manager in managing shippable stock inventories and initiating transportation plans that allow for maximum utilization and efficiency. - Directs loads to the most profitable destination based on freight information provided on sales contract. - Communicated and investigates discrepancies in freight invoices. Ensures unload information is received in a timely manner from carriers including tracking the unloads daily. - Develops and maintains a variety of logistics activity tools and reports mechanisms. Identifies trends and anomalies and makes corrective action to logistics plans as required. - In conjunction with Regional Marketing Manager and General Manager, ensures the compliance of current negotiated contracts. - Maintains and exceeds the company’s reputation as an “on time” shipper of truck commodities. - Communicates with all parties including end use customers, employees and producers to ensure all customers' expectations are met or exceeded. - Assists in the movement of specific products including sourcing product and identifying back-haul opportunities. - Assists others by negotiating smaller freight contracts and rates with trucking companies for truck movement. - Interacts closely with Regional Marketing Manager and General Manager to ensure appropriate transportation plans are in place to meet current sales. - Communicates and maintains relations with customers, brokers, and other appropriate parties on critical shipping information. - Audits invoices to verify the accuracy of rates and charge outs. - Prepares information for month and year-end reporting as required. - Prepares and submits claims for damages and shortages of shipments. - Develops, implements and manages the commodity business plan, including volume handled, sales volume to market, transportation and position management objectives, ensuring that plans align with Division strategies. - Forecasting fertilizer of an assigned commodity merchandising in domestic markets, with the goal of maximizing profitability. - Maintains ongoing and regular communications with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction, adherence to contract terms and the growth and maintenance of strong business relationships. - Assists with developing and implements procurement strategies, including the establishment of street and deferred delivery contract prices, which yield planned volume and revenue targets. - Manages transportation capacity and contract administration to ensure that contract terms are adhered to. - Negotiate competitive truck, rail, vessel and intermodal freight rates and the co-ordination of commodity sourcing and transportation logistics in order to effectively meet contract terms, - Assists in development and implementing commodity budgets. - Develops key communication links to ensure optimal use of company facilities, an understanding and awareness of market requirements, building relationships and facilitating the effectiveness of integrated systems. - Tracks progress towards the achievement of business plans and objectives, and initiates action as required. - Performs other related duties as required. What you will do: - Define strategy, plans, and governance needed to implement and manage enterprise architecture domain designs and technology standards including (but not limited to): business process design, solution design, testing, value realization, data and reporting, controls and security, cutover/deployment and change management - Facilitate technology strategy and analyze industry and market trends to determine potential impact to the organization - Analyze current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions - Adapt architecture roadmap periodically as the business strategy and goals evolve to ensure ongoing alignment between the business strategy and the architecture strategy - Ensure designs support scalability, quality, performance, security, maintainability and architectural integrity, and ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with the defined architecture strategies and goals - Collaborate with technology leaders to ensure the program is taking advantage of appropriate architecture frameworks and remains in compliance with established security practices - Inform business stakeholders and leaders of other initiatives/business decisions and process designs to ensure alignment and awareness of impacts - Manage the relationships and performance of third-party vendor partnerships supporting IT transformation initiatives - Provide leadership for end to end teams - Model our core value of safety by leading and enabling a culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work environment What you will bring: - Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered. - Minimum 15 years of experience in IT architecture and/or transformation including experience in a mentor, supervisor or leadership role required. - Experience deploying an end to end ERP in a large decentralized business preferred. - Experience with SAP end to end processes and structure preferred. - Experience with SAP process design and implementation preferred.  - SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.  Are you a good match? What you will do: - Accurately pick orders in a safe, timely and effective manner as per bill of lading. - All orders should be staged and checked for accuracy and efficiency. - Load trailers as per order of delivery. - Receive product for the warehouse. - Load fertilizer on trucks for delivery. - Receive bulk liquid and transfer to appropriate holding tank for production. - Inspect all received product for damages and transfer to assigned proper location within warehouse. - Ensure paperwork is properly completed and distributed. - Prepare empties for bulk pours including labeling. - Wash empties for bulk filling productions. - Assist with production lines as required. - Follow outlined procedures and safety protocols at all times. - Clean and maintain warehouse. - Identify any deficiency immediately to operations manager. - Monitor warehouse equipment by following company procedures and policies. - Ensure that physical product matches product on bills of lading when shipping and receiving. - Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: - Requires a GED or high school diploma. Agricultural experience is preferred, but not required. - Valid driver’s license is required. A CDL license is preferred, but not required. - Able to lift up to 65 lbs. - Ability to use warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand jack). - Able to work extra hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands during busy times of the year. - Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.   Are you a good match? What you will do: - Transport loads of seed, chemicals and fertilizer to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Chock rear wheels of truck or trailer prior to unloading.  To remove chocks prior to driving away from shipping dock. - Obtain shipping bills of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paper work to shipping office.  To maintain any related records required. - Must be able to lift and move up to 65 pounds. - Remove empty skids from trailer truck and carry to designated piling area. - Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking on a daily basis: oil, water, fuel and air in tires.  - Report any maintenance malfunctions to shipping and/or warehouse supervisor. - Use forklift to move product around warehouse and load trucks. - Sweep warehouse during down time. - Assist with inventory counts if needed. - Assist with other operations as needed. - This summary of job responsibilities and duties is meant to be a general description of this position and is not all-inclusive. What you will bring: - Applicant must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL. HAZMAT and tanker endorsements are a plus. - Must use tact and diplomacy in dealing with customer personnel at delivery points. - Must be dependable, reliable, and competent to handle equipment safely. - May at times, sit in trailer cab for periods of time. - Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety sensitive employee subject to random and other required substance abuse screening as per company policy. - Applicant must be willing to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed to meet business demands during busy periods of the year.  Are you a good match?
