    Reporting directly to the North Dakota Division General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the Grafton, North Dakota location. The Branch Manager is additionally responsible for managing key customer accounts, managing all business tasks safely and efficiently, and other duties as assigned.

    Key Tasks:

    • Manages record retention and enforces company policies and procedures as required, safely and effectively
    • EH&S compliance and make safety a daily priority
    • Responsible for performance management process for all direct reports, with strong integration emphasis of proprietary products into customer business plans
    • Execute the company’s strategic business plan, profitably and sustainably
    • Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice
    • Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
    • Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by General Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Highly skilled at business/enterprise analysis
    • Strong time management capability
    • Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agronomy sales
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
    • Must meet DOT and Company requirements
