    Position Summary:

    • Manage and oversee warehouse operations involving inbound and outbound shipments of crop protection products.

    Key Tasks:

    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in warehouse.
    • Manage, coach and develop direct reports; warehouse specialists and drivers.
    • Maintain and ensure proper, correct and accurate warehouse inventory.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of product to customers.
    • Follow company procedures to insure proper receipts of incoming inventory.
    • Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
    • Stay informed on DOT, Federal and State regulations relating to job duties.
    • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.


    • Requires a high school diploma, agricultural based degree preferred.
    • Minimum four years demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education and work experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage people.
    • Valid driver’s license is required.
    • CDL may be required.
    • Computer proficient.
    • Travel may be required.
