    Member of Operations Accounting, whose primary responsibilities include: policy and procedure creation/maintenance, partnering with internal process/procedure stakeholders to define policy and procedure, and assistance with training on company policies, procedures and processes.

    Key Tasks:

    • Administration of Nutrien Retail policies and procedures
    • Coordination with content owners ensuring timely and orderly posting/publishing of policy and procedure documentation
    • Continual review of new and existing policies and procedures to ensure documentation is up to date
    • Facilitation of team/project meetings with emphasis on tracking and documentation of tasks
    • Partnering with process owners to define and document policy and procedure content
    • Partnering with other departments to assist with policy and procedure documentation
    • Participation in projects to ensure compliance with Nutrien policies and procedures
    • Consistent formatting/documentation of policies and procedures
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned by Operations Accounting Management
    • Embrace new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve current processes
    • Approximately 5-10% travel for attendance at Regional/Divisional meetings to complete presentations on company policies and procedures



    • Bachelor’s degree with Business emphasis
    • 4+ years of business experience
    • Experience in Process and/or Procedure documentation preferred
    • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Works well under general supervision
    • Mature attitude and ability to deal effectively in team environments
    • Strong integrity and business ethics
    • Strong verbal, written, and computer (MS Office – Word, Excel) skills
    • PeopleSoft and ARS experience a plus
