    Nutrien’s Retail Digital Solutions team is looking for a strong leader to drive coordination within digital and other strategic projects.   This individual will work closely with product owners to understand upcoming functionality at a detail level and help ensure the proper communication, prioritization, and roadmaps are in place to drive success across multiple teams. The Adoption Liaison will be accountable for establishing and managing collaboration.

    Key Tasks:

    • Work to understand the tactical and strategic direction of Digital (by Product Area), Project Foundation, etc.
    • Determine key intersection points across these initiatives
    • Ensure the Adoption team is represented across initiatives
    • Partner with Digital Product Managers to ensure that the appropriate activities are executed in support of achieving widespread adoption of their products.
    • Provide guidance to Product Owners based on feedback from users regarding product enhancements, modifications and new product development.
    • Ensure feedback needed by the adoption team is received in a timely manner and represented in adoption team deliverables.
    • Ensure Digital (POs and Design) are updated on non-digital initiatives
    • Help coordinate and prioritize overlapping demand, requests, and process reengineering.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
    • 10+ years of varied organizational change experience or project management/coordination
    • Understanding of a variety of adoption-related techniques
    • Experience interfacing with leaders across transformation initiatives
    • Experience working with diverse, distributed teams
    • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees and management
    • Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
    • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
    • Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them
    • Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
    • Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
