    Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Admin Coordinator is responsible for customer account management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, inventory, and other location administrative responsibilities.

     

    Key Tasks:

    • Assists with processes and customer sales questions
    • Customer account management to include: invoicing, sales order, price books, pre-pays, troubleshooting
    • Generates various reports as needed
    • Performs administrative duties to include: keyboarding, mail distribution, answers telephones, payroll administration, maintains files, office correspondence
    • Provides administrative support to the Location Manager and Sales Team
    • Handles accounts receivable/accounts payable
    • Customer relations
    • Coordinates collection and preparation of timesheets
    • Prepares all new hire paperwork
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Office experience preferred
    • College degree (2-year min) or equivalent required
    • Pre-employment drug and background screen required
    • Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
    • Possess leadership qualities and business acumen
    • Attention to detail
