    Job Description:

    Reporting directly to the Manager, the Liquid Plant Operations Coordinator is responsible for the quality of product, efficiency and safety, and smooth operation of equipment and employees.

     

    Specific Responsibilities Include: 

    • Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
    • Providing leadership, supervision, and planning to achieve all liquid/dry plant operating objectives
    • Competent operation of all liquid plant systems & dry blending
    • Monitors and oversees quality control of mixing and blending the product
    • Maintains & accounts for inventory
    • Participate in phases of employee management, including “write-up” of employees when disciplinary actions are needed
    • Interaction with Manager for shop personnel hours
    • Cross function with facility operations
    • Engages in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment
    • Running dry loader
    • Loading and unloading bulk fertilizers
    • Other Duties as assigned

    Required Skills:

    • CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
    • Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, math and organizational skills
    • Strong Customer service skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people
    • Basic Computer skills required
