    This key front-line role will report to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible and accountable for attaining sales targets within a defined territory- by exercising initiative in market development and sales of company products with a level of service that sustains customers for life.



    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong time management and priority allocation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and available to work extended hours in busy season


    • Undergraduate degree in agriculture or business marketing
    • Self-starter with initiative and sales pro-activity
    • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the Agriculture Industry
    • Excellent Communication/Presentation/People skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency with computers, MS Word/Excel
    • Solid understanding of agribusiness, sales and crop production
    • Strong knowledge of Nutritional products (plant nutrients) is a definite asset
    • Completion of Certified Crop Science Program an asset
    • Able to travel on a regular basis throughout territory given (Saskatchewan)
    • Valid Driver’s License
