    The Regional Adoption Leads will be a member of the leadership team (of the Adoption team) within the Digital organization. They will report to the Field Rollout Support Lead and be accountable for adoption in their region. This role will work with the Adoption Leads based at headquarters in Loveland, CO to develop a thorough understanding about upcoming functionality being delivered and how work will change because of it. They will develop adoption strategies and plans for their region and oversee execution of them. They will team with regional leadership to execute these plans. They will also be responsible for hiring and managing the team of Adoption Analysts in their region and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their work. Finally, they will be expected to share best practices and lessons learned with the rest of the adoption organization. Travel requirements are estimated to be 50% of the year, mostly within their region. These roles will be based in offices within their respective geography.

     

    Key Tasks:

    • Primary project responsibilities: Accountable for adoption rates in their regions
    • Develop understanding of the capabilities being delivered by all functional teams
    • Develop adoption strategy and plan for their region
    • Contribute to documenting the change impacts associated with these capabilities
    • Contribute to communications, training material, messaging, etc.
    • Develop understanding of users’ motivations to change within their region
    • Develop innovative approaches to driving adoption within their region
    • Share best practices
    • Integrate appropriate best practices
    • Oversee hiring of Adoption Analysts within their region
    • Ensure quality of Adoption Analysts’ work
    • Maintain productive relationships with Regional Managers  and branch personnel throughout their region
    • Contribute to development of Digital Adoption methodology and tools
    • Any other job responsibilities as required by the Company’s discretion
    • Works independently following company guidelines and procedures
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

    • Knowledge of North American agriculture would be a plus

    Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of varied organizational change experience
    • Experience with developing comprehensive change management strategies and plans (e.g., role definitions, detailed change impacts associated with technology, communications delivered via multiple channels, change agent networks, leadership alignment, cultural change)
    • Exposure to training many distributed users via varied techniques
    • Experience hiring and managing a distributed team
    • In-depth understanding of at least 1 adoption-related methodology (e.g., Kotter, PROSCI)
    • Comfortable influencing people at a variety of levels
    • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
    • Experience managing project and resource interdependencies and prioritizing competing priorities
    • Understanding of crop consultants, field team members, growers – such as how they work, why they would change, how they will become comfortable integrating new technology into their daily work activities
    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Agronomy, or related discipline preferred
    • Relevant Master’s degree preferred
