Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Sales/Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility, equipment, sales and operational staff. The manager will direct daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability, is responsible for performance management, adheres to customer service standards, and other duties as assigned.
Plans and develops policy, procedures, and ensures team adherence
Inspires, supports, and manages sales team, holds accountable when applicable
Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment
Maintains and accounts for inventory, with coordination of Branch Manager
Ensures EH&S compliance at the location
Maintains application/spray and maintenance records
Supervises the use of all spray equipment
Reports any safety concerns to the branch Manager as soon as they are identified
Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Demonstrated leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, math and organizational skills
Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook
CDL with Hazmat endorsement required
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must meet DOT and Company requirements
