Key Tasks:

  • Sell & Service Precision Planting products and other precision agriculture parts
  • Assist in Installation of Precision Planting Equipment & other Precision Ag Sales with customers
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Technical issues in the field.
  • Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts
  • Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
  • Sales calls with Branch Sales Staff to educate and Sell Precision Ag Products
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends
  • May be required to keep records and prepare reports on sales activities
  • Knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
  • Responsible to continue education on marketing techniques, products, and services
  • Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
  • Maintain and build customer contracts
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience
  • Prior sales experience may be required
  • Agricultural based degree desired
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Willing to work long in-season hours
  • Maintain accurate Inventory
