About the role:

As well as other regular and ad hoc tasks you would be required to:

  • Maintain and the continuous improvement of a quality assurance program for all the products which are delivered into the marketplace
  • Conducting quality assurance audits on all manufacturing suppliers (external and internal), to ensure compliance with the developed quality assurance program.
  • maintain accurate and organised records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
  • Investigate and analyse the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems

About you:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organisational levels
  • Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organisation to achieve a common goal
  • Well-rounded knowledge of a working laboratory
  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering is preferred
